These terms apply to kdvlabs.com, operated by SwagEazy LLC, which trades as KDV Labs. Using the site means accepting them. Our apps are governed by their own terms, not these.
What this site is
An informational site about our company and the apps we make. There is nothing to buy here, no account to create, and nothing to subscribe to.
Using it
You may read, link to and share these pages freely. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or the contact endpoint behind it, use it to send unlawful or abusive content, or copy it wholesale and present it as your own.
The contact form
Anything you send us through the form or by email is treated as non-confidential unless we have a written agreement saying otherwise. Please do not send confidential business information, credentials, or anything you would not want read by the people who work here. If you send us an idea or a suggestion, we may act on it without owing you anything for it.

The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to SwagEazy LLC unless marked otherwise. The device shown around our app screenshots is an Apple product image used under Apple's marketing guidelines; Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., and Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. Neither company sponsors or endorses us.
Links out
We link to sites we do not control, including our own product sites and the app stores. We are not responsible for what those sites do or say.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, or that everything on it is current — apps in particular change, and a page here may lag behind the app it describes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SwagEazy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York are the venue for any dispute about them.

We may update these terms. The date above says when they last changed.
