Privacy Policy

This policy covers kdvlabs.com, the website of KDV Labs, an assumed name of SwagEazy LLC. It does not cover our apps, which carry their own policies.
The short version
The only way this site collects anything about you is the contact form. If you do not use it, you send us nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no cookies of any kind.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the form we receive the name, email address and message you typed, and nothing else from the page. We use them to read your message and reply. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Your message is delivered to a private channel in Telegram that only we can read, and it stays there until we delete it. If you would like a message removed, email info@kdvlabs.com and we will delete it.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and stores nothing in your browser. The fonts are served from this site rather than a font network, so loading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.
Who else is involved
- Google (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions) — serves this site and runs the code that relays the form. Like any web host, Google's servers process your IP address and browser details to answer the request, and record them in operational logs.
- Telegram — receives the contents of your message so that we can read it. What we send is the name, address and message you typed.
To limit automated abuse, the form's endpoint briefly holds a one-way hash of the sender's IP address in memory — long enough to notice a repeated sender. The address itself is never stored by us, and the hash is not written to any database.
Where the data goes
We are in the United States, and so are the services above. If you write to us from elsewhere, your message is processed in the United States.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because the only thing we hold is a message you chose to send, that request is usually simple to answer. Write to info@kdvlabs.com.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If we change what this site collects, this page changes with it and the date above is updated.
